The load forecasting method for county power distribution network plan was illustrated with the combination of Chongyi Countyg experience. According to the data from 2000 -2001, the load and electricity forecasting results in the next few years was predicted and mutual checked by using time series method, elastic coefficient method, industry power consumption analysis, per capita power consumption analysis, subarea load forecasting method.
