设备缺陷管理是水电厂生产管理的一个重要组成部分。分析当前智能化水电厂建设发展状况和缺陷记录模式的发展历程,建立基于Android平台的缺陷管理系统,规范缺陷的管理流程,实现缺陷发现、处理、统计分析全过程的计算机管理,提高缺陷处理的及时性和完整性,加强缺陷管理处理情况监督,提高信息查询和统计的效率,提升水电厂自动化和信息化管理水平。

Equipment defect management is an important component of the hydropower plant production management. The current development of the intelligent hydropower plant and the development process of defect recording mode were analyzed. With the establishment of a defect management system based on Android platform, the defect management process becomse standard. The whole process of the defect detection, the defect processing and the statistical analysis can be controlled by computer, which improves the timeliness and completeness of the defect treatment, strengthens su- pervision of the defect management processing, improves the efficiency of information inquiry and statistics, and pro- motes the hydropower plant automation and information management.
