摘要
介绍聚丙烯球形催化剂DQ -1用于丙烯聚合或共聚合 ,研究温度、时间、氢气浓度等因素对聚合结果的影响 ,探讨聚合物的结构和性能。结果证明 ,球形催化剂DQ -1是一种球形规整、活性高、定向能力高、具有良好的氢调性能及优良的共聚合性能的高效催化剂。
This article introduces the homo-polymerization of propylene and co-polymerization of propylene and ethylene with spherical catalyst DQ-1.The structure and characteristics of the polymer obtained were investigated,and influences on polymerization of polymerization temperature,reaction time and hydrogen content were discussed.DQ-1 catalyst is a high activity catalyst for propylene polymerization and co-polymerization.It is completely spherical with high stereoregularity,and high sensitivity towards hydrogen regulation.
