摘要
应用精密精馏技术和时控优化结晶技术 ,对大型BHT( 2 ,6-二叔丁基对甲酚 )生产装置产生的废弃焦油进行分离试验研究 ,获得了间歇精馏分离焦油的最佳操作条件及结晶提纯过程的优化冷却曲线。所得食品级BHT产品质量达到国际标准FAO/WHO( 1983 ) ,产品收率高达 80 %以上。
A process for separating antioxidant BHT from the waste tar of large petrochemical plant was investigated using precision distillation and optimal time control crystallization techniques.The best operating conditions for batch distillation and optimal cooling curve of crystallization were obtained by experiments.The quality of food class BHT product comes up to FAO/WHO standard (1983).The product yield is above 80%.
