师范生顶岗支教实习现状调查研究——以重庆文理学院为例 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,顶岗支教实习已经成为师范生毕业之前进行教育教学实习的主流趋势。师范生顶岗支教实习不仅能使师范生得到全面锻炼,还能支援农村基础教育。但目前顶岗支教还存在着综合素质有待提高、支教学校和师范院校对师范生缺少有效的指导、政府部门和支教学校对顶岗支教的重视程度不够等问题。为更好地促进顶岗支教实习工程的发展,本文从师范生、学校以及政府部门三个方面出发分别提出了如下建议:提升师范生专业素养,高度重视岗前培训、岗中指导和岗后反思,加强对顶岗支教的重视程度。 In recent years, the post-replacement to assist teaching practice has become a mainstream trend of teaching and edu-cational practice for normal university students before their graduation. It plays a significant role in advancing the comprehending ability of the students and promotes the development of local basic education to some extent. However, some flaws still exist in this project, the comprehending ability of students needs to be improved, lacking effective guidance from the internship schools and normal universities, little attention of the replacement teaching from the government departments and internship schools. This paper gives three suggestions to solve these problems: strengthening the professional training of students; paying more attention to the pre-service training and the guidance during work, reflections after work as well; enhancing the attentions of supporting edu-cation;extending its influence, in which a better development of teaching practice of supporting education will be promoted.
