摘要
介绍浮选法矿物脱墨剂MA在江苏某厂250t d-1 ONP/0MG/MOW混合废纸脱墨生产线的使用情况,从应用效果和经济效益方面与之前用的生物酶脱墨剂EA进行了对比结果表明,在原有脱墨工艺不变的情况下,使用MA后,浮选纸浆白度增益平均值较EA增加0.9%ISO;脱墨成浆白度平均值较EA增加2.4%1SO;脱墨成浆油墨尘埃含量较用EA时降低80%;脱墨戍浆的L*、a*、b*色相值稳定;吨浆脱墨成本较EA降低15%~20%
The application of flotation mineral deinking agent (MA) in the old newspaper/mixed office wastepaper/old magazine (ONP/MOW/OMG) DIP production line (250 ton per day ) in Jiangsu was researched in this paper, and the deinking effectiveness and economic benefits of MA and EA deinking agent used in the DIP line were compared. The results showed that when MA was used to substitute the EA under the same process conditions, the flotation pulp brightness gain value was higher than the EA by 0.9%ISO, the final pulp brightness value was higher than the EA by 2.4 %ISO, ink removal yield was reduced by 80% than EA and the L*, a*, b* values of final pulp were comparable to those before the substitution. Furthermore, the final pulp production cost of MA was reduced by 15%~20% per ton than that of EA.
