复合绒毛化处理对绒毛浆纤维性能的影响

Effects of Composite Fluffing Technology on Fluff Pulp Properties

摘要 以马尾松硫酸盐浆为原料,借助多媒体显微镜及扫描电子显微镜(SEM),研究了复合绒毛化处理对纤维素纤维形态及微细结构的影响,并进一步探讨了复合绒毛化处理前后纤维中半纤维素含量的变化及纸浆的返黄值,最后将自制绒毛浆与商品绒毛浆进行了对比。结果表明,经复合绒毛化处理后,纤维表面更为光滑,呈现一定的卷曲,表面包覆层已经大面积去除,有利于提高纤维对水溶剂及其他化学试剂的可及度,进而改善绒毛浆的吸收性能。纤维中聚戊糖含量从8.65%降低到7.12%,降低了17.69%,纸浆返黄值为0.26,说明较短时间的复合绒毛化处理可以用于生产绒毛浆。与商品绒毛浆的对比结果显示,自制绒毛浆在耐破指数及吸收性能等主要指标方面均满足绒毛浆标准要求。 Composite fluffing technology of cellulose fiber in the process of fluff pulp making was researched using pinus massoniana lamb as the raw material. Effects of composite fluffing technology on the fiber morphology were observed by optical microscope and SEM. The hemicellulose content of the fiber and its post color number were also detected when it was treated by composite fluffing technology. In addition, properties of the self-made fluff pulp were compared with American Golden Isles fluff pulp and 480 import fluff pulp. It revealed that the fiber became smooth and curve when it was treated by composite fluffing technologE~, large area of the fiber surface was removed, which would contribute to improvement of fiber absorbility. ~e hemicellulose content of the fiber decreased from 8.65% to 7.12%, it decreased by 17.69%, post color number of the pulp was 0.26, which indicated that the rather short time treatment of composite fluffing technology can be used to make fluff pulp. Besides, comparison of self- made fluff pulp properties to that of the import fluff pulp showed that property parameters of self-made fluff pulp can meet the requirement of the fluff pulp standards.
