摘要
以一对动车组弧齿锥齿轮为参照,在Pro/E环境下对其进行了精确建模和全参数化设计,并将模型导入到ANSYS中进行有限元分析。通过静力学分析获得了该对弧齿锥齿轮的最大接触应力,并和理论分析对比较核其接触强度。通过模态分析得到了齿轮的各阶固有频率和主阵型。这些结果真实的反映了齿轮的受力及变形情况,为齿轮的传动技术提供了理论依据。
To a pair of spiral bevel gears of EMU for reference,it is modeled accurately and fully parametric design in the Pro/E environment. The model is imported into the ANSYS for finite element analysis. Through the statics analysis to obtain the maximum contact stress of spiral bevel gear and check its contact strength through being cornpared with theoretical analysis. Through the modality analysis to obtain each order natural frequency and main formation of gear. These results reflect the real deformation and stress distribution situation of gear and provide he theory basis to transmission technology of gear.
