摘要 对活塞在机械负荷作用下的应力和变形进行了研究。首先,利用三维制图软件UG建立了内燃机活塞的几何模型,在三维有限元分析软件中转换有限元模型。然后探讨了活塞机械载荷的确定方法。完成了活塞在机械载荷作用下的应力与变形分析,并考虑了活塞裙部侧推力的影响。结果表明:活塞的应力主要受机械载荷的影响,同时活塞变形呈轴对称分布,变形后裙部外形轮廓形状发生较大变化。因此,本文的研究结果将为活塞改进设计提供参考。 The purpose of this thesis is to study the stress and deformation of piston under influence of the mechanical load. First, the piston geometry model is established by using 3 D graphics software UG, which can be transformed into finite element analysis model in 3 D finite element software. Then the mechanical load of piston is determined. The' stress and deformation of piston under the action of the mechanical load and the effect of mechanical are analyzed, and the side thrust force of piston skirt is taking into consideration during analysis. Results show that the piston mechanical stress is mainly influenced by mechanical load. The piston deformation takes the form of axial symmetry distribution, there is a change of piston skirt profile after deformation. The results of this research could provide foundation for improving the design of piston.
