摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法结合生物模板法制备纳米氧化镍。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等表征手段研究热处理温度、热处理时间、不同材料配比对产物形貌、粒径的影响。结果表明:反应配比[n(Ni2+)/n(柠檬酸)]为1:1,焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间为2 h,在此条件下得到了呈球形,分散性好,纯度高的立方晶系的纳米氧化镍。
NiO powder was synthesized by sol-gel and biologicao templates. The products were charactenzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) ,conventional TEM (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effects of heattreatment temperature, treatment time and material ratio on particle shape and size. The NiO prepared in the optimum conditions: [ n ( Ni2 + )/n(AC) ] = 1 : 1,500℃ heat-treatment for 2h. The NiO nanoparticles prepared under the optimum conditions were spherical in shape and well dispersed; they have high purity and a fine crystal phase of cubic syngony.
