反应器内旋风分离器工况异常原因分析及解决办法

REASON ANALYSIS ON ABNORMAL WORKING CONDITION OF INNER CYCLONE FOR REACTOR AND ITS SOLUTION

锦州石化公司一套催化裂化装置沉降器工况不好 ,导致油浆系统固体含量高而影响装置正常生产。经分析并解体检查证实是由于旋风分离器料腿堵塞引起的。为避免类似事故发生 ,文中提出了预防措施。

The high solid content in slurry system,caused by the bad working condition of reactor for the first FCC unit in Jinzhou petrochemical company,affected the normal production of unit.By means of analysis and integrated inspection,it is verified that is caused by the jamming up of cyclne dipleg.In order to avoidance of similar failure,the preventive measure is given in this article.
