摘要
解析零排放封闭系统水质参数与工艺问题的关联,研究聚胺复合物对造纸废水的絮凝作用,考察了替代纤维原料的絮凝废渣对纸张强度的影响。结果表明:采用无氯复合絮凝剂OS2/PD2或APAM-PD处理造纸废水,纤维留着率超过90%,对钙离子脱除率在40%以上;采用OS2/PD2絮凝产生的纤维废渣回用度6%以内时,可增加纸张的环压强度和抗张强度。
The relationship of water quality and the process problem in the zero emission system for making cardboard was analyzed.The flocculating efficiency of polyamines complexs in the waste water was studied, and the effects of the flocculating sludge recycled in the papermaking process on the strengths of paper was investigated. ~ae results showed that the rate of fiber retention and removal of calcium ion was more than 90% and 40% respectively, by using OS2/PD2 or APAM-PD as floccuants. When the recycling degree was under 6%, the flocculating sludge reused in the papermaking process can improve paper crush strength and tensile strength.
