水性聚氨酯/纳米羟基磷灰石复合材料的制备和表征 被引量:2

Preparation and characterization of waterborne polyurethane/nano hydroxyapatite composites

摘要 以聚乙二醇、聚己内酯二元醇为软缎,赖氨酸为扩链剂,和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯采用丙酮法合成了固含量为10%的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液.并采用物理共混法,与纳米羟基磷灰石(nHA)物理混合,制备了WPU/nHA复合材料.通过X射线衍射(XRD),拉伸测试,接触角和吸水率测试,对复合材料薄膜的结构和性能做了表征和讨论. Aqueous polyurethane (WPU) emulsion is synthesized through an acetone method using polyethylene glycol and poly (caprolactone dibasic alcohol) as soft segment, lysine as chain extender with isophorone diisocyanate. Its solid contents are 10%. Waterborne polyurethane/hydroxyapatite composite material is prepared using a physical mixing method which mixes the WPU emulsion with nHA. The structure and properties of composites are characterized and discussed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), tensile test, contact angle test and water absorption test.
