摘要
过去常常用热效率的高低来衡量加热炉用能的好坏 ,然而 ,热效率这个传统概念带有很大的片面性 ,热效率并不是衡量和评价过程进行好坏的一种合理尺度。衡量能量质量高低的物理量应是火用 ,只有火用效率才能作为分析和评价炼油厂加热炉优劣的主要指标 ,把火用效率作为目标函数 ,以获得加热炉的优化条件 ,给出相应的解决措施。
The good or bad energy consume of furnace was used to evaluated the high or low heat efficiency in the past.But heat efficiency,the tradition idea has very large one sideness.Heat efficiency is not a reasonable good to analize and evaluate the process being good or bad.The physical value for evaluating the energy quality being high or low should be exergy.Only exergy efficiency can be taken as the main index to analize and evaluate the superiority and inferiority of refinery furnace.Taking exergy efficiency as the object function,to obtained the optimum condition of furnace,and give the corresponding solution.
