摘要
稠油出砂冷采技术是国外近年来兴起的一种稠油开采新方法。该技术对各类疏松砂岩稠油油藏具有较广泛的适应性 ,它通过大量砂子的产出和泡沫油的形成 ,获得较高的原油产量 ,是降低稠油开采成本、提高资源利用率的重要开采方法。河南油田稠油油藏油层厚度薄 ,原油黏度高 ,储集层胶结疏松 ,约有 4 0 %的稠油资源无法通过常规开采或注蒸汽开采方式投入开发 ,而这部分稠油资源基本上适合出砂冷采技术的应用。该油田在开展广泛的技术调研和室内实验研究的基础上 ,在国内率先开展了稠油出砂冷采矿场先导试验 ,并取得了预期效果。第一口稠油出砂冷采先导试验井G4 90 6井油层厚度 9.4m ,脱气原油黏度为680 0mPa·s ,密度 0 .94 98g/cm3,实验过程中产出液含砂率高达 2 %~ 2 0 % ,呈泡沫状产出 ,泡沫油密度为0 .58g/cm3,日产油量一般为 2 0~ 30t,是同一油藏常规试油产量的 10倍以上 ,是蒸汽吞吐产量的 4倍以上。河南油田计划在将该技术投入工业性应用的同时 ,进一步拓宽开采试验领域。
Cold production is a new mean to heavy oil recovery. It has been u sed for only a few years abroad and showed a good adaptability to many kinds of unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil reservoirs. Cold production can achieve a hig h oil rate after a large amount of sand is produced and foamy oil generated. So it's a good mean for reducing heavy oil recovery cost and increasing resource ut ilization factor. In Henan oil field, the formation thickness of heavy oil reser voirs is thin, the viscosity is high, and the formation is unconsolidated. There are 40% heavy oil resources which can't be developed by means of conventional o r steam injection recovery. However, these resources are suitable to cold produc tion. Based on the widely technical investigation and lab experiments, HPEB firs tly made the cold production field pilot test and got the desired results. The f irst cold production well is G4906, whose oil formation thickness is 9.4m and de ad oil viscosity is 6800mPa·s. During production period, sand cut attached to 2 -20%, and crude oil was produced in foamy oil whose density was 0.58 g/cm 3, o il rate was 20-30t/d, which was 10 times of conventional oil test and 4 times of steam soak. Now, HPEB has applied this method in commercial scale and is planni ng to widen range of field pilot.
