国内外社区学院的比较研究

我国社区学院生成于20世纪90年代,是依托社区教育资源综合优势的新型教育实体,具有学历和非学历、职前职后培训以及文化知识和技能教育等各类功能。社区学院的发展对提升我国国民素质起到重要作用。国外社区学院发展各具特色。基于国外社区学院的办学经验,为我国社区学院办学提出几点建议:丰富办学功能,推进高职教育;灵活课程体制设置,贴近学生的学习需求;完善并推行相应的法规政策,保障其有序运行;采用宽进严出的考核制度,保证毕业生的质量。

Community college is a community-based new adult education institution, which is for communitY residents to provide vocational education, continuing education. The development of domestic and foreign community college is not the same, but there are some in common. On the comparison to the current situation of domestic and foreign community college, the community college development of all countries can be valuable experience as reference, as the theoretical basis for the practice of community e- ducation in our country, develop our community college.
