摘要
灵芝孢子油是通过超临界二氧化碳流体萃取技术从破壁的灵芝孢子中提取的油状脂质物,具有抗肿瘤、增强免疫及保肝护肝等多种生物活性。本文综述近年来灵芝孢子油在提取工艺、化学成分及药理活性方面的研究状况,以期为下一步灵芝孢子油的研究工作提供线索。
Ganoderma lucidum spores oil is the lipid extracted from sporoderrn-broken G. lucidum spores by supercritical CO2 extraction technology, which has many kinds of biological activities such as anti-cancer, protecting liver and enhancing immunity. This paper reviewed the extraction process, chemical composition and pharmacological activities of G. lucidum spores oil to provide evidences for further research of G. lucidum spores oil.
