膜透析法考察复方白及乳膏的体外释放度

Investigation of release rate of Compound Bletilla striata cream in vitro by Ultrafiltration

目的 考察复方白及乳膏的体外释放度,为合理用药提供依据.方法 用截留分子量（MWCO）为30万的纤维素酯（CE）膜透析,用无水葡萄糖为对照品,0.9%氯化钠溶液为释放介质,0.2%蒽酮-硫酸试液为染色剂,分光光度法检测,以多糖为指标,研究复方白及乳膏在0～48h的体外释药特性.结果 12h内多糖累积释放度为82.9%,48h内累积释放度为97.9%.结论 复方白及乳膏中的多糖具有缓释特性,每12h使用1次可保持疗效.膜透析法用于复方白及乳膏中多糖的体外释放度测定,操作便利、方法稳定、结果可靠.

OBJECTIVE To provides the foundation for rational use of Compound Bletilla Striata Cream by studying its inlvitro release rate. METHODS Using the anhydrous glucose as control,0. 9% saline solution as release medium,0. 2% anthrone-sulfuric acid test solution as coloration,the release rate of polysaccharide was investigated with the ceUulose ester membrane （MWCO ：300000） dialysis method in 48 hours. CONCLUSION The release rate of polysaccharide was 82. 9% in 12 hours,97. 9% in 48 hours. CONCLUSION Polysaccharide of Com- pound BletiUa Stfiata Cream has slow release characteristics, the method is convenient and stable.
