平糖胶囊C方(浓缩型)中阿魏酸和淫羊藿苷的含量测定

Determinate of the ferulic acid and icariin in C Prescription of PinTang Capasules

目的 测定平糖胶囊C方（浓缩型）中阿魏酸和淫羊藿苷的含量.方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定,阿魏酸的色谱条件为：色谱柱：XDB-C18（4.6×250mm,5μm）,流动相：甲醇-0.5%醋酸水（25：75）,流速：1mL·min-1,检测波长：320nm,检测温度：25℃;淫羊藿苷的色谱条件为：色谱柱为XDB-C18（4.6×250mm,5μm）流动相：乙腈-水（23.5：76.5）,流速：1mL·min-1,检测波长：270nm,检测温度：25℃.结果 阿魏酸和淫羊藿苷在各自色谱条件下均得到很好的分离,分别在2.6～52μg·mL-1和40～200μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为102.896%和102.4044%.结论 该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制.

OBJECTIVE To determinate the ferulic acid and icariin in C prescription of PingTang capasules. METHODS Chromatographic separation of ferulic acid was performed on a XDB-C18column （4. 6 × 250mm,5μm） with methanol-0. 5% acetic acid water （25：75） at 25℃ ,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 and the analytes were detected at 320nm; Chromatographic condition of icariin was the similar with ferulic acid, in addition to mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （23.5 ： 76. 5 ） and detection wavelength was 270nm. RESULTS The linear range of ferulic acid and icariin were respectively 2. 6 - 52μg·mL^-1 and 40 - 200μg·mL^-1 ,and the average recovery of adding sample were 102. 896% and 102. 4044%. CONCLUSION This method is simple,quick,accurate and reliable, which can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
