市售4种丹参舒心胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量测定

The content determination of salvianolic acid B in 4 kinds of commercial Danshenshuxin Capsules

目的 比较市售4种丹参舒心胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量差异.方法 采用Agilent extend-C18（5μm,4.6mm×250mm）色谱柱,乙腈-甲醇-甲酸-水（10：27：1：62）为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为286nm,柱温20℃.结果 丹酚酸B在3.812～38.12μg.mL-1（r=0.9998）范围线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.71%（n＝6）,日内精密度RSD为0.66%.结论 目前市场上丹参舒心胶囊差异较大建议加强对该制剂的规范化管理.

OBJECTIVE To compare the contents of salvianolic acid B in the 4 kinds of commercial Danshenshuxin Capsules. METHODS Separation was accomplished on the Agilent extend-C18 column （5μm, 4. 6mm × 250mm）, with acetonitrile-methanol-formic acid-water （ 10： 27 ： 1 ： 62 ） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 286nm. The column temperature was at 20℃. RESULTS The method offered good linearity 3.812 - 38. 12μg·mL-1 for salvianolic acid B（ r = 0. 9998 ）. The average recoveries were 98.71%, （n = 6）and the intra-day precision RSD was 0. 66%. CONCLUSION At present, the quality of Danshenshuxin Capsules in the market are different. It is suggested to strengthen the standardized management of Danshenshuxin Capsules.
