高效液相色谱法测定复方樟脑乳膏中葡萄糖酸氯己定的含量

Determination of Chlorhexidine Gluconate in Compound Camphor Cream by HPLC

目的 建立复方樟脑乳膏中葡萄糖酸氯己定的含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Lichrospher C18柱（4.6×250mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水-三乙胺（5：48：47：0.4）（用磷酸调节pH值至3.0）,检测波长为258nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为30℃.结果 本法精密度高,稳定性好,葡萄糖酸氯己定浓度在5.82～58.16μg·mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）;平均加样回收率99.0%,RSD为0.97%.结论 本方法简便,准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法.

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining of Chlorhexidine Gluconate in Compound Camphor Cream. METHODS HPLC method was earried on Liehraspher-C18（4. 6 × 250mm, 5μm） column was used with Acetonitrile-methanol-water-triethylamine （5：48 ： 47 ： 0. 4 ） （ abjusted pH to 3.0 by phosphoric acid） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 258nm. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1 and the column temperature at 30℃. RESULTS It was showed that the Chlorhexidine Gluconate had a linearty within the range of 5.82- 8. 16μg·mL-1 ,overage recovery was 99.0% ,RSD =0. 97%. CONCLUSIONS This method is simple,accurate and reliable, It can be used for Determination of Compound Camphor tincture.
