中原油田水碳酸钙结垢倾向预测软件及应用

A COMPUTER SOFTWARE FOR CaCO_3 SCALING TENDENCY PREDICTION AND ITS APPLICATION TO HIGHLY MINERALIZED PRODUCED WATERS IN ZHONGYUAN OIL FIELDS

研究了油田水中离子强度、高矿化度及其它因素对CaCO3 结垢倾向的影响 ,建立了CaCO3 结垢倾向的预测模型并编制了相应的软件。将该软件应用于矿化度较高的中原油田采出水 。

A criterion, index CAI , for predicting CaCO 3 scaling tendency of highly mineralized oilfield produced waters is suggested on the basis of Ryznars stability index RI and its expression is worked out with consideration of scaling ions, T,P , and ionic strength. The later is included into the expression through constant K and the diagraph ionic strength vs K is constructed for the water under study using the oilfield experimental and monitoring data. A software for determining CAI is developed. The results of prediction using this software and the experimental data are in good accordance.
