摘要
目的对眼部给药系统及影响因素进行综述。方法查阅文献,总结近年来眼部给药系统的最新研究成果、影响眼部给药好坏的因素及提高眼用制剂作用效率的方法。结果眼部给药存在给药屏障,药物可分别经角膜途径和结膜途径发挥局部治疗作用和全身治疗作用。生理因素、药物理化性质及剂型因素均会对药物在眼部传递产生影响。结论通过加入渗透促进剂、改变药物的剂型及减少给药体积可有效提高眼用制剂作用效率。
OBJECTIVE To review the ophthalmic drug delivery system and influential factors. METHODS The research articles of ophthalmic drug delivery system in recent years were referred and summarized. RESULTS The barriers of ocular drug delivery dercrease the drug＇s concentration in the ocular region, the drug could exert the local or systematic effection through the cornea or conjunctiva pathway. In addition, the ophthalmic drug delivery may be influenced by the physiologic factors, physic-chemical property and the form of the drug. CONCLUSION By adding the penetration enhancer, changing the form of the drug and decreasing the volume of the solvent could dramatically increase the efficiency of the ophthalmic preparation.
