磷酸酯/Al^(3+)油基冻胶成胶行为影响因素的研究 被引量:13

摘要 研究了磷酸酯与原油的相溶性、磷酸酯的浓度、磷酸酯 /Al3+比值、pH值、初胶液粘度、温度和原油含水对油基冻胶压裂液成胶行为的影响。结果表明 :磷酸酯与原油相溶有利于提高油基压裂液的性能 ;在压裂液成胶的最佳交联比值范围内 ,随着磷酸酯浓度的增大、pH值的降低 ,压裂液成胶速度加快 ,抗温抗剪切性能增强 ;在成胶最佳 pH值范围内 ,压裂液酸度增强和初胶液粘度增大对形成性能良好的压裂液有利 ;另外 。 The oil base gelling fracturing fluids used in this study are composed of a dialkylphosphate(PE9702) as gelling agent, NaAlO 2 as crosslinker and CH 3COONa as gel breaker in kerosene as well as in crude oils of different sources. The experimental results obtained show that gelled fluids with good performance properties(apparent viscosity and shear and heat resistance) are formed:①in compatible crude oils;②with higher phosphate concentration;③at optimum phosphate/Al 3+ ratio(thus at optimum pH value);④ when the pregelated fluid has proper viscosity(after the first doze crosslinker of two introduced); ⑤with admixtured water in the oil<6% and the gelation temperature is of little importance.
