摘要
采用水培试验,研究在不同加硅量作用下,汞对小麦幼苗叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶系统活性(SOD、POD、CAT)、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量以及MDA含量的影响。结果表明:在加硅量(30,60,90,120 mg/L)作用下,叶绿素a、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白的含量和SOD酶活性与对照相比均有显著提升,MDA含量则显著降低,说明硅缓解了汞毒害对小麦幼苗的影响;在加硅量150 mg/L作用下,小麦幼苗抗氧化酶系统(SOD、CAT、POD)的活性以及脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质的含量与对照相比均无显著性差异,但是叶绿素a含量的升高和MDA含量的降低依然缓解了汞毒害对小麦幼苗的影响;在加硅量180 mg/L作用下,虽然小麦幼苗叶绿素a含量有所升高,MDA含量有所降低,但是SOD酶活性、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量与对照相比均显著降低。
The water culture experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Hg on chlorophyll content,antioxidant enzyme system activity(SOD,POD,CAT) ,proline content,soluble protein content and MDA content of wheat seedling with different concentrations of Si. The results showed: at the action of Si(30,60,90,120 mg/ L), chlorophyll - a content, proline content, soluble protein content, SOD activity of wheat seedling were in- creased and MDA content was droped, alleviating the toxicity of Hg on wheat seedlings; at the action of Si150 mg/L, antioxidant enzymes system (SOD, CAT, POD) activity, proline content, soluble protein content of wheat seedlings compared with the control group showed no significant difference, but chlorophyll - a content was increased and MDA content was droped, alleviating the toxicity of Hg on wheat seedlings ; at the action of SilS0 mg/L, chlorophyll- a content increased and MDA content droped, but SOD activity, proline content, soluble protein content of wheat seedling were droped.
