臭椿提取物对杂草反枝苋抑制生长和作用机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用不同浓度臭椿提取物处理杂草反枝苋种子,测定反枝苋的发芽率、鲜重、叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶活性及脯氨酸含量。结果表明:臭椿提取物能够抑制反枝苋种子的发芽率,影响幼苗的生长,降低幼苗鲜重,减少叶绿素含量,提高过氧化物酶活性及脯氨酸的含量,并且随着提取物浓度的提高,效果明显增加。 Amaranthus retroflexus seeds were treated with different concentrations of extracts from ailanthus, the germination rate, fresh weight , chlorophyll contents, peroxidase activity and proline contents were detected. The results showed that the extracts of ailanthus could inhibit the germination rate, influence the growth of seedlings, reduce the seedling fresh weight, decrease the chlorophyll contents and increase peroxidase activity and proline contents. Furthormore, the effects were rised with the extracts concentration increasing.
