乡村卫生人才道德关系的价值冲突与取向——基于对B市五区县的调查研究

Value Conflicts and Orientation of Moral Relationships between Healthcare Professionals of Township Health Center and Village Doctors——Based on the Investigation in Five Districts of B City

在农村社会经济快速发展和新一轮医疗卫生体制改革的背景下,受多元文化和价值观念的影响,乡村卫生人才的道德关系中会产生某些价值冲突,村落社会人际交往和医疗行为中的价值取向呈现二元论趋势,具体表现为:人伦本位主导下个体本位在医疗抉择中的萌芽,熟人社会交往中的情感与理性在医疗行为中的权衡,对德性伦理的践行或多或少地弥补规范伦理在职业道德中的不足。

Under the background of the rapid economic development and the new healthcare reform in rural areas, and in the social context of multicuhuralism and multiple values, some value conflicts arise in the moral relationship between health professionals of Township Health Center and village doctors, and the value orientation shows dualism trend in human interactions and medical behaviors in rural areas, as followings： individualism - based developing at the primary stage when a medical decision to be made, although dominated by the value of human relation - based; sense and rationality balanced in the medical choice under the background of acquaintance society; and normative ethics imperfect in medical practice mainly supported by virtue ethics.
