摘要
在医疗卫生体制改革的背景下,"如何培养下得去、留得住、用得上的农村基层卫生人才"依然是当前乡村卫生人才培养的难题,该文章将激励伦理方法与维系道德关系的传统方法相整合,以建设和稳定乡村卫生人才队伍,维系其在乡村社会的道德关系。具体提出三点对策:运用价值观念激励法,促进乡村卫生人才爱岗乐业;采取行为评价法,完善职业道德规范的教育与考核;正向媒体宣传辅以榜样示范法,提高乡村医生的社会形象。
In the context of heahhcare system reform, "How to cultivate the rural health personnel who would like to work at the rural areas forever" is still a problem in the current cultivation of rural health personnel. This article tries to combination the method of encourage ethics and the traditional method to maintain the moral relationship, in order to build and stabilize rural health personnel, and maintain their moral relationships in rural areas. Three specific measures are put forward, including applying the value encouragement method to increase rural health professionals'love and dedication to their works, adapting the behavior evaluation method to improve the professional ethics education and assessment, and positively media disseminating the rural medical and healthcare services supported by the model education method to perfect the image of rural healthcare providers in society.
