摘要
通过对杭州市急救中心2011年院前急救精神病人相关数据分析,发现针对院前急救精神病人采取的保护性约束面临侵犯患者权益、急救医师缺乏精神疾病诊断治疗能力、急救团队缺乏约束病人的法律支持等伦理难题,对此提出对策:保护性约束实施前需要进行评估、实施中尽量放弃暴力约束,时刻关心患者状况、实施后将患者送达指定医院,交与精神专科医师诊断。
Based on the data analysis of mental patients＂ pre - hospital care in Hangzhou Emergency Center in 2011, this paper found that the protective constraint for mental patients facing some ethical issues such as violation of patients＂ rights and interests, emergency physicians lacking mental illness diagnosis and treatment ability, lack of legal support for the constraints and so on. Therefore, the authors proposed that carrying out the assessment before the need for constraint, getting rid of violence constraint, caring patients and submitting them to the appointed hospital were necessary.
