摘要
为合理、合法取得更好的经济效益和投资回报,拔贡水电站改扩建工程项目业主在选择建设工程项目组织管理的模式时采用业主自建为主、平行外包为辅的建设模式,项目基本于计划工期内完工,项目投资基本控制在概算范围内,为工程项目建设管理模式积累了一定的经验,为今后相关项目提供了一定的参考价值。
To obtain better economic benefit and investment return by a reasonable and lawful method, the Owner of Bagong hydropower station extension project adopted a self-buih dominated and parallel outsourcing supplemented mode for project management. The project was basically completed in planning period and the investment was con- trolled in the budget range, which provides valuable experiences for selection of the project construction management mode and can be well referenced by similar projects in the future.
