作者根据自己多年来从事计算机应用项目,尤其是SCADA系统项目的经验,针对“西气东输”后上海地区天然气发展的客观要求,讨论了天然气SCADA系统的有关技术问题,提出了组建天然气SCADA系统的设想。

Based on his years of experience in computer application project especially in SCADA project, theautehor discusses about the technical issues concerning natural gas SCADA, putting forward his tentative idea ofbuilding up natural gas SCADA in view of the objective requirement of natural gas development in Shanghai after'gas transmitted from west to east' is carried out.
