广东消防员水上救生技能的现状调查与研究

Investigation and Research on Status Quo of Guangdong Firefighters' In-water Rescue Skills

采用问卷调查法和查询文献资料等方法,对广东省现役消防员和合同制消防员进行调查,研究他们的水上救生的基本情况和掌握程度,发现广东省消防员水上救生专项技能获得途径主要在日常工作中靠师傅传授获得;消防员对水上救生的专项游泳技能掌握情况不理想,水上救生专项技能的掌握程度更低;在实际的消防训练中,水上救生相关训练的科目太少,几乎达不到水上救生的要求;合同制消防员与现役消防员的水上救生技能存在差异,合同制消防员的学历层次较高,而现役消防员的训练较为全面;消防员装备中无专门水上救生装备,仅有一些可以替代水上救生的设备。建议广东省消防员在日常训练中增加水上救生消防演练的科目,增加水上救生的学习内容。

Through questionnaire and literature, active duty firefighters and contract firefighters in Guangdong Province are investigated to research on the basic situation and their mastery of in-water rescue. Results show that： their main way to get the special skills is to get taught by their masters in their daily work;their mastery of the special swimming skills is not ideal, and their mastery of lifesaving skills is worse ; in their actual training, subjects related to in-water rescue are too few, almost unable to reach the requirements of lifesaving;contract firefighters differ from active duty firefighters in lifesaving skills;contract firefighters have higher academic level, while ac- tive firefighters have more comprehensive training;firefighters have no special in-water lifesaving equipment,with only a few substitutes. This paper suggests that more in-water lifesaving courses be added in their daily training.
