摘要
燃气红外辐射烤鸭炉一改过去各种烤鸭炉的燃烧工况差、炉子热效率低的缺点。文章简要地介绍该炉子的设计与优点。
Gas infrared radiant roast duck oven rectifies the disadvantages of exsisting different sorts of roastduck oven such as poor combustion operation conditions and low heat efficiency. This paper briefly introduces thedesign and advantages of this oven.
