摘要
提出FSAE赛车2种减振系统装配夹具设计中定位方案.采用计算机辅助设计软件建模方法建立了空间倾斜减振系统平面几何模型.依据工艺理论,提出并分析了2种定位方案的定位性质、定位成本和效率.研究表明:CAD建模方法提高了夹具设计的效率和质量;梯形定位块定位方法属于完全定位,其定位元件少、成本低、定位效率高;定位方案分析方法和梯形定位元件可应用于机械、汽车制造领域的夹具设计.
Two positioning schemes were put forward in assembly fixture design of damping system. The geometry model for spatial inclined plane of the vibration system was established by using CAD software and their properties, cost and efficiency were proposed and analyzed by relevant processing theory. Results show that CAD modeling is helpful to improve the efficiency and quality of fixture design, positioning by the trapezoidal positioning block is a complete positioning which is of few components need, low cost and high orientation efficiency. The positioning scheme analysis and the trapezoidal positioning element proposed in this paper is applicable to fixture design in machinery and automobile manufacturing.
