摘要
用 Pro/ E软件对 GW- 1型振动筛的动态特性进行分析 ,计算出筛箱前 8阶固有频率与模态振型 ,并找出了筛箱在工作过程中动应力的分布规律。分析表明 ,该振动筛的结构设计合理 ,且在设计工况下 ,筛箱侧板的最大主应力为 13.8MPa,其动强度满足要求。计算结果对该筛的进一步设计具有指导意义 ;为后续筛箱动态强度的试验研究提供了依据。
The dynamic properties of the model GW 1 shaker are reached with the Pro/E program of FEM The natural frequencies and model shapes of the shaker are calculated, and the distributing law of dynamic stress is found out It is shown that, its structure design is reasonable Under the design working conditions, the maximum principal stress of the sideboard is 13 8 MPa,and its dynamic strength is satisfied The calculating results will be of significance to the design improvement,and basis for the experiment research of dynamic strength
