摘要
催化重整装置风机在线监测系统采用 4个轴瓦温度传感器、 4个加速度传感器、 2个轴位移传感器和RS— 4 85网络 ,通过监控控制仪转换成RS— 2 32信号传送给计算机 ,实现所需参数的显示与控制。系统程序基于WIN95操作平台 ,采用研华Genie 3 0工件软件包组态程序与用户编程相结合 ,全部参数均由计算机控制数据采集电路 ,通过传感器自动采集 ,数据准确 ,速度快。系统可自动显示各种数据和特征曲线的生成、变化过程 ,全部监测信息及时存储 ,可随时或定时打印数据报表和绘制特性曲线 ,提高了监测的准确性和可靠性 ,减轻了工人的劳动强度。
The fan used for the catalyst reforming unit is usually installed on a high plate, therefore it is very difficult to make an inspection. A online monitoring system is developed for the monitoring of the operating parameters of the fan. The working principle and hardware and software configurations of the monitoring system are introduced. The system adopts transducers to collect data automatically with the data collecting circuit controlled by computer. The data acquired can be displayed, stored, processed and printed by the computer, thereby human caused errors can be avoided.
