摘要
利用柴油机尾气作为钻井中的清洗介质进行负压钻井 ,成功地在兴 2 4井应用 ,使该井增产近 6倍。文中介绍了利用柴油机尾气钻井中气量确定、必要的装备、井下钻具组合和尾气钻井工艺措施等。认识到由于柴油机尾气是惰性气体 ,对超低压气井钻补充开发井是安全经济的 ,能有效保护大气环境。但该技术不适应产水气井 ,也不适于高压气井。
Underbalance drilling technology on diesel tail gas is used successfully in Xing well 24,increase productivity is about 6 times.Using diesel tail gas drilling,the determination of airshed,necessary equipment,downhole BHA and drilling technology measures etc.are presented in this paper.For diesel tail gas is inert gas,it is safe and economic to drill development well in superlow pressure gas well,and can effectively protect atmospheric environment.But the underbalance drilling technology on diesel tail gas is unsuitable for watered gas well and high pressure gas well.
