摘要
目的:探讨移植肾功能延迟恢复(DGF)患者行连续性血液滤过的护理方法。方法:对12例DGF患者行连续性血液滤过治疗,严格无菌操作,加强心理护理及病情观察,合理使用抗凝药物,防止各种并发症。结果:移植肾功能延迟恢复的患者肾功能逐步恢复正常。
Purpose To discuss the nursing methods of continuous hemofiltration for patients with delayed graft function （DGF）. Method For 12 cases of DGF patients with continuous hemofiltration treatment, strict with aseptic operation, strengthen psychological nursing and obser- vation, use anticoagulant drugs rationally, and prevent the occurrence of various complications. Result The renal functions of delayed graft functions in patients are gradually returned to normal.
