CT6-5催化剂在重庆天然气净化总厂引进装置的工业应用

COMMERCIAL APPLICATION OF HYDROGENATION-REDUCTION CATALYST CT6-5 ON IMPORTING UNITS IN CHONGQING GENERAL NATURAL GAS PURIFICATION PLANT

斯科特尾气处理方法自 80年代初引入我国天然气加工行业以来 ,工业生产中长期依赖于进口的加氢催化剂。本文认真总结了西南油气田分公司天然气研究院生产的CT6 - 5加氢催化剂在重庆天然气净化总厂引进装置的使用情况 ,从使用性能各方面与进口的SHELL - 5 34催化剂进行比较 ,证明了CT6 - 5完全能代替进口加氢催化剂。

Since the SCOT tail gas treating process was introduced to the natural gas industry,the imported hydrogenation-reduction catalyst Shell-534 has been used in commercial production.The paper reported the result of industrial application of CT6-5 catalyst,which was developed and producted by Research Institute of Natural Gas Technology(RINGT),PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gasfield Company,in Chongqing Natural Gas Purification General Plant. In comparison with the imported catalyst Shell-534 from performance,it has been proved that CT6-5 can absolutely take the place of the imported Shell-534 catalyst.
