摘要
在流化床反应器内进行分子筛催化剂的烧炭再生实验 ,用电导法计算机在线测量数据。在 46 6~ 6 0 0℃温度范围、氧含量为 4%~ 2 0 %、并排除内扩散影响后 ,测定了合碳量为l.2 % (g/gcat)的催化剂的再生动力学参数 ,回归出分子筛催化剂的再生动力学模型 ;讨论了温度升高时再生过程的不同控制阶段。
The regeneration reaction of coked molecular sieve catalyst took place in a fluidized bed reactor.Transient burning rates were measured with conductometry and computer online measurement.The kinetic data and intrinsic kinetic model of regeneration were developed under the following conditions:466~600 ℃,oxygen content in nitrogen and air mixture:4%~20%,without intraparticle diffusion resistance.The rate controlling mechanism changed from the intrinsic chemical kinetics to pore diffusion as regeneration temperature was changed.
