摘要
本文对新疆克拉玛依炼油厂减压二线馏分油在不同SO3磺化阶段的磺化产物—克炼石油磺酸盐样品进行了分离提纯与组成分析 ,并对其单一样品的表面及界面性能进行了评价。
In this paper,KPS,the petroleum sulfonates of KARAMAI refinery,were studied by osmosis membrane separating,gravimetry, and average molecular weight determining as well.And the surfaceactive properties of the purified samples were evaluated.They were summerized as follows:along with the addition of sulfonated times,(1)the average molecular weight of the sulfonate products were also increasing; (2)the surface and interfacial properties of the purified samples appeared disciplinary change tendency;(3)under the condition of the low interfacial tension (≤0.1 mN·m -1 ),the optimal salinity ranges of the purified samples were various such as 0.8% KPS-1,c NaCl =0.55%~0.85%;0.64%KPS-2, c NaCl =0.35%~0.62%,and et al.
