摘要
目的探讨慢性自发性荨麻疹(chronic spontaneous urticaria,CSU)患者外周血调节性T细胞及辅助性T细胞17细胞相关细胞因子白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-35及IL-26的水平变化。方法选择2012年2月至6月广州市皮肤病防治所收入CSU患者,并根据疾病活动评分分为活动期组及静止期组,健康对照组为同期广州市社区医院体检正常者。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测3组患者血清IL-35和IL-26水平,分析IL-35和IL-26水平与CSU症状评分的相关性。结果 CSU活动期组IL-35水平(147.94±17.08)pg/ml,明显高于CSU静止期组(108.71±25.38)pg/ml、健康对照组(94.57±11.11)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);CSU活动期组IL-26水平(43.95±7.73)pg/ml,明显低于健康对照组(60.60±8.83)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。IL-35及IL-26与CSU症状评分呈相关关系(P<0.01)。结论 IL-35及IL-26在CSU发病中可能发挥一定作用,IL-35可能为CSU的临床评价和治疗带来新思路。
To investigate the serum levels of IL35 and IL26 and their clinical significance in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU). Methods 89 cases of patients with CSU were collected form Guangzhou Institute of Dermatology since February to July 2012 and divided into and resting stage group based on Disease Activity Scores, while the healthy persons in health checkup from community hospital as control group. Serum level of IL35 and IL26 were detected in three groups of patients by using ELISA method, and the correlation between serum IL35 and IL26 levels and CSU symptom scores was also analyzed. Results The serum levels of IL35 of patients in active stage group were higher than in resting stage and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). The serum levels of IL26 of patients in active stage group were lower than in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). The serum levels of IL35 and IL26 were correlated with CSU symptom scores (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The results indicated that IL35 and IL26 may be involved in the pathogenesis of CSU which will be of help to understand the pathogenesis and offer new options for clinical evaluation and treatment of CSU.
