摘要
以ECAS为基础,以WABCO4728800010两位三通电磁阀和Freescale的MC9S12D64微处理器为核心元器件,开发了一种模块式的空气悬架高度控制系统,并在matlab/simulink环境下进行了仿真验证。该系统的高度控制策略分为启动控制模块、动态调节模块、手动调节模块以及误差调节模块,由模式选择开关来决定不同模块的工作状态,逻辑控制准确、调试方便。模块式的设计大幅降低了系统的复杂程度,同时也将降低软件的开发周期和成本。
In ECAS based, In WABCO4728800010 two way solenoid valve and Free-scale's MC9S12D64 micropro- cessor core components, has developed a modular air suspension height control system,And matlab / simulink environment for the simulation. The system's high degree of control strategy is divided into start control module, dynamic adjustment module, manual adjustment module and error adjustment module, the mode selector switch to determine the working status of the different modules, logic control accurate, convenient debugging. Modular design greatly reduces the complexity of the system, but will also reduce the time and cost of software development.
