甘蔗联合收割机综合保护系统的设计

摘要 近年来,甘蔗联合收割机已在我国南方甘蔗种植区逐步推广使用,但由于工作环境恶劣,收割机故障率较高,严重影响收割机的工作效率。文章设计了能实时监测收割机动力系统、液压系统及自身重心偏移情况的综合保护系统,出现故障时能提示故障信息及处理方法,严重时自动停机保护,降低故障造成的损坏程度。 In recent years, sugar cane combine harvester in southern China has been gradually promote the use of sugar cane growing areas, But the poor working conditions, harvester high failure rate, seriously affecting the efficiency of the harvester. Articles designed real-time monitoring harvester power system, hydraulic system and shift the focus of the synthesis itself protection system failure could prompt fault information and treatment, severe automatic shutdown protec- tion, reducing the extent of damage caused by failure.
