有机太阳能电池中相分离研究

摘要 有机太阳能电池中活性层间的相分离情况是复杂的,文章对P3HT:PCBM体系活性层进行了研究。借助紫外可见色谱仪、光学显微镜和扫描电镜等设备,我们发现在金属阳极与有机层的接触面有大量PCBM的团簇,并随着退火时间增加而增加。另外,随着PCBM浓度的增加,碟状的晶粒会取代针状的晶粒,这便增加了界面的接触面积,可以有效提高短路电流密度,但却不利于开路电压和并联电阻的提升。从各条件优化综合来看,活性层中PCBM的含量在40%左右是最好的。 The active layer of organic solar cells,a phase separation between a complex; articles on P3HT: PCBM ac- tive layer system were studied. Chromatography with UV, optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy and other equipment, we found that the metal anode and the organic layer contact surface of the large number of PCBM clusters, and with the annealing time increases. In addition, with the increasing concentration of PCBM, dish-like crystal grains is replaced by a needle, which will increase the contact area of the interface, can effectively improve the short circuit current density, but is not conducive to the open circuit voltage and the shunt resistance improved. The optimal synthesis condi- tions from the point of view, the content of the active layer PCBM about 40% is the best.
