近年来由于体育教育教学方法的改革和发展,高校篮球的教学方法与训练技术都的得到了进一步发展和提高,但是在进步过程中仍旧出现了不少问题,随着这些问题的积累,严重阻碍了我国高校篮球的发展,以及篮球教学与训练方法的创新。所以,必须仔细研究当下高校篮球教学与训练的方法,以得到更加创新的教学与训练方法,促进高校篮球的进步和发展。文章首先分析了现阶段我国高校篮球的教学和训练的现状,并从中发现问题,然后应对问题提出解决办法和创新性教学、训练方法。

Therefore, we must examine the current college basketball teaching and training methods to be more innovative teaching and training methods, to pro- mote the advancement and development of college basketball The article first analyzes the stage of China＇s college bas- ketball teaching and training status, and discover the problem, and then respond to questions put forward solutions and in- novative teaching ,training methods.
