大学生心理健康调查研究及其相关引导政策

随着不断增大的社会竞争状况,大学生面临着各个方面的压力,如学习、生活、情感和就业等。大学生心理健康问题日益突出,大学生的心理健康状况已成为社会体系中不可忽视的问题。我院对大学生心理健康状况进行问卷调查,分析得出我院大学生在抑郁、焦虑和自卑三个方面的心理问题比较突出。针对此种状况,我院采取了辅导、讲座、教育和培训等方式改善我院大学生的心理健康状况。

Abstract：various aspects of stress, such as learning, living, emotional and employment. Mental health problems have become increasingly prominent, the men- tal health of college students has become a social system can not be ignored. Our college for mental health status ques- tionnaire analysis reveals that our Students in depression, anxiety and low self-esteem three aspects of psychological issues more prominent. For this situation, college took counseling, seminars, and other ways to improve the education and training of college students~ mental health.
