摘要
目的:对北虫草菌丝体、子座的SOD酶活力进行对比研究,并比较水提取和丙酮提取的效果。方法:利用水、丙酮分别对北虫草超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)进行提取,邻苯三酚自氧化法检测其酶活性。结果:北虫草菌丝体的SOD酶活性和蛋白含量均明显高于子座,并且丙酮分级提取的效果更优。结论:北虫草各部分的SOD酶活性和蛋白含量各不相同,不同提取方法效果也有差异。
Object: The Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) enzyme activity is identified by different extractations of water and acetone to mycelium and slroma of Cordyeeps militaris (Fr) Link. Method: The SOD in different parts of Cordyceps militaris (Fr) Link was extracted with water and acetone respectively. Its enzyme activity was determined with the pyrogaUol autoxidation method. Result: The SOD enzyme activity and the content of protein in mycelium were obviously higher than that in stroma, and the effect of fractional extraction with acetone was better. Conclusion: The SOD enzyme activity and the content of protein in different parts of Coixtyceps militaris (Fr) Link are different, and the effects of different extrac- tions are various.
