北虫草各部分超氧化物歧化酶活性的对比试验

Comparative Study on SOD Enzyme Vitality of different parts of Cordyceps militaris( Fr) L ink

目的:对北虫草菌丝体、子座的SOD酶活力进行对比研究,并比较水提取和丙酮提取的效果。方法:利用水、丙酮分别对北虫草超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)进行提取,邻苯三酚自氧化法检测其酶活性。结果:北虫草菌丝体的SOD酶活性和蛋白含量均明显高于子座,并且丙酮分级提取的效果更优。结论:北虫草各部分的SOD酶活性和蛋白含量各不相同,不同提取方法效果也有差异。

Object： The Superoxide Dismutase （SOD） enzyme activity is identified by different extractations of water and acetone to mycelium and slroma of Cordyeeps militaris （Fr） Link. Method： The SOD in different parts of Cordyceps militaris （Fr） Link was extracted with water and acetone respectively. Its enzyme activity was determined with the pyrogaUol autoxidation method. Result： The SOD enzyme activity and the content of protein in mycelium were obviously higher than that in stroma, and the effect of fractional extraction with acetone was better. Conclusion： The SOD enzyme activity and the content of protein in different parts of Coixtyceps militaris （Fr） Link are different, and the effects of different extrac- tions are various.
