摘要
以钛酸四异丙酯为原料配制成胶体 ,在玻璃管表面制备了 Ti O2 薄膜光催化剂。用该催化剂光催化降解四氯乙烯 ,并进行薄膜厚度与光解率关系以及催化剂寿命实验。结果表明 ,其光催化效率接近 Ti O2 粉末悬浮体系 ,薄膜以厚度 60 0— 80 0 nm为宜 ,使用 10 0 h,Ti O2 薄膜的光催化活性没有减弱 。
TiO 2 thin film is prepared on the surface of the glass tube by using the material of tetraisopropyl titanate which is made into colloid liquid.We use this catalyst to photocatalyse and resolve tetrachloroethylene and also test the relationship between the thickness of the film and the photodegradation rate as well as the catalyst life span.The result of the experiment shows that the photocatalytic efficiency is close to the TiO 2 powder suspension system.The thick of the 600-800nm of the film is the most available used for 100 hours,the photocatalytic activity of the film isn't weaken.
