摘要
为了满足海上调平和灌浆的要求,东海平湖油气田平台导管架采用了液压卡桩器和封隔器组合件。在该导管架建造阶段,HHI在海洋码头对导管架调平和灌浆系统进行了水压试验和功能试验。平台在海上安装成功,验证了调平和灌浆系统的先进性和可靠性。文中叙述了调平和灌浆系统的主要特性。
The packer assembly and skirt pile grippers were selected for the Pinghu jacket due to offshore leveling and grouting requirements. The hydrostatic test and function test had been carefully performed by HHI in their offshore yard during jacket fabrication. The successful offshore installation of the platform proves that the leveling and grouting system are advanced and reliable system which can be applied in future projects. This paper outlines the important features and yard test activities.
